Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University (COMU) is a public research university in Türkiye with strong expertise in wind erosion, land degradation, and sustainable soil management. COMU conducts interdisciplinary research combining field monitoring, experimental studies, and modelling to support evidence-based soil conservation and climate-resilient land management.
Role :
In EUROSION, COMU is primarily responsible for wind erosion activities. The team contributes to direct wind erosion measurements, experimental studies, and interpretation of erosion dynamics, supporting harmonised monitoring approaches and the integration of wind erosion observations into project-wide assessment and modelling frameworks.

Wind erosion direct measurements, experimental wind erosion research, and soil conservation. In EUROSION, he supports wind erosion monitoring methodology and interpretation of field/experimental datasets.
